About Our Firm

 Pendleton and Company has over forty years of experience in public accounting. Meet the Staff

Robert Pendleton - Robert Pendleton graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor in Business Administration.  While majoring in accounting, he was also proud to be a part of the “Goin Band from Raiderland.”  He worked for three firms as he gained experience as an accountant, qualifying for the CPA certificate in 1972.  He eventually  served as the Tax Manager with Louis L. Fox & Co. in Denver before returning to Amarillo in November,  1988 to open the firm that is now Pendleton and Company, P.C.

Svetlana Victorovna Petrey - Svetlana graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Economics and Finance. Svetlana is also Certified Public Accountant who began working as a tax accountant for Pendleton and company in March 1998. She is married to Rex A. Petrey and is a happy mother of three delightful children. Svetlana is a director at Amarillo Ice Skating School, an ice skating coach, and a classical guitarist.

Joshua Pender - Joshua graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and finance. He graduated with his Masters in Professional Accounting in 2016 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2017. Joshua enjoys playing board games and soccer when he isn't watching his daughter play soccer.
